Who privates are for
You’re brand new to Pilates. Privates give you the groundwork, the vocabulary, the technique, the body awareness, so that when you do walk into a group class, you can really take advantage of your time.
Your body is doing something extraordinary. It deserves programming that honors that. We’ll meet you exactly where you are.
Not every body is ready for a group class. Privates let us go at your pace, work around your limitations, and build you back up safely.
You’ve been doing Pilates for a while. You know the moves. But you can feel there’s more, more precision, more connection, more understanding of what your body is actually doing. This is where that happens
You’ve been doing Pilates for a while. You know the moves. But you can feel there’s more, more precision, more connection, more understanding of what your body is actually doing. This is where that happens
Your first session starts with a real conversation. We want to know where you’ve been, where you are, and where you want to go. From there, every session is built around you. Progressive, intentional, and always evolving as you do.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. It never will be!

FAQ, Etiquette and Policies
THE BASICS

*Grip socks are required in every group class. No exceptions. We carry toesox at the studio, because we knew you’d forget
*One class per day per membership. Want to double up? A second class is $15. We respect the dedication.
*Classes do not roll over. Use them in the month you have them. We keep our prices fair and our classes small. Rollover just isn’t something we’re able to offer.
Your membership renews automatically every month. After your initial 3 months, it continues until you tell us otherwise.
Cancellations & No-Shows

We hold space for you. Please respect it.

If you can’t make it, cancel at least 12 hours before your class. Cancel after that window, or don’t show up at all , $25 late cancellation fee applies. The class does not come back. We know life happens, but so does our schedule.
We wish we could, genuinely. But we’re a small, independently owned studio. When we waive fees, it comes directly out of our ability to keep doing what we do. Our policies exist to protect the experience for everyone, including you. So please don’t put us in the position of having to say no. We really don’t enjoy it either.
You get 2 free freezes per calendar year. Need more? Additional holds are $45 each. Just email us at least 15 days before your requested freeze date and we’ll take care of it.
Want to switch tiers? Give us 7 days notice before your billing date. Heads up, any change in plan resets your 3-month commitment clock.
We get it, life changes. If you need to exit before your 3 months are up, here’s how it works:
Submit a written cancellation request 30 days before your last billing date. An early termination fee of $150 applies.
No hard feelings, just the policy that keeps a small studio like ours running.
After your initial 3 months, you can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice before your billing date. No fee. Just an email.

All notices, cancellations, freezes, upgrades, downgrades, must be submitted in writing via email Wynwood@pilathon.com

No texts, no WhatsApp, No DMs, no verbal requests. Email only, so everyone stays on the same page.
