REFORMER AND PROPS

Give your body the Pilates benefits while playing on the Reformer with the addition of our favorite toys: the magic circle, foam roller, ball.

ONE SPRING

(yellow, blue, or red) Advanced fast-paced class ONLY for people with sound knowledge and understanding of the Pilates principles. Not suitable for people with any type of injuries, conditions, or pregnant ladies.

SWEET PILATES

Slow-paced, all-levels Reformer class that focuses on lengthening and unwinding the body. Suitable for pregnant students or anybody looking to gain strength and more flexibility. Pregnant ladies: By doing Pilates when you are pregnant you will increase circulation to your baby, as well as strengthening the muscles needed to give birth. Pilates will not only help you during your delivery but will help you to recover more quickly afterward.

WuNDaFUL CHAIR

More compact than any other Pilates equipment, the Pilates Chair will challenge your balance! You will be lying, sitting, and standing on the chair, strengthening and moving every part of your body! There are two levels- Wundaful Pilates Abs-oh-glutely: this is a class for those more seasoned Pilates practitioners (intermediate to advanced). Basics: this class is for our beginner Pilates students to learn the ins and outs of this WUNDAFUL equipment while getting all the benefits of Pilates. 

POWER JUMPS

Challenge yourself, elevate your heart rate and train your coordination while combining intervals of Pilates and plyometrics principles to develop athletic strength, correct alignment, and speed.

ABS-OH-GLUTELY

Reformer class that focuses on intense toning and sculpting exercises that target abs and glutes.
